This delicious ramen is produced in cooperation with Marushin Honke, which was established in 1881 in Yuasa, a town known as the birthplace of the soysauce. You can really feel and taste shoyu (soy sauce) in this ramen. Its dark black broth may look heavy, but it is actualy light and has a subtle sweetness and wonderful aroma.
