Hinokumajingu Shrine

Nichizen-gu Shrine has collected people’s veneration since old times It is a big compond shrine of Hinokuma-zingu Shrine and Kunikakasu-zingu Shrine. Higatano-kagami (a mirror that is believed to be made by Ishikoridome-no-mikoto, one of the deities of Japanesemyths) hasbeenenshrinedat Hinokuma-zingu, while Hiboko (a mirror to be believed to be made by the same deity) has been enshrined at Kunikakasu-zingu Shrine. Because of the set of two, Nichizen-gu Shrine is known for ensuring good matches for marriage and praying for the well-being of families.
